1. Definitions and General Information

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hi77 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

hi77 runs various promotions on a regular basis, including the weekly hi77 Festival Bonus (up to 50%, maximum ৳5,000), the hi77 Slot Joy Reward (up to 30%, maximum ৳3,000) and the weekend hi77 Cricket Celebration (up to 40%, maximum ৳4,000). Each offer has its own wagering conditions and validity period.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed once only, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• hi77 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion — users will be informed in advance in such cases.
• If a fraudulent attempt to claim a bonus is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus will be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing and Cancelling Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an incorrect bet is placed due to a technical error, contact hi77 support — each case will be reviewed individually.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change and depend on market conditions. hi77 reserves the right to update odds for any event. If odds change after a bet is accepted, the bet will be settled at the odds that were accepted.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

All casino games operate through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No game outcome is predetermined. If a connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the logs stored on hi77's servers.

6.4 Disputes over Results

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi77 platform. Breaching these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.

• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Obtaining bonuses fraudulently or claiming them more than once.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Opening an account using another user's personal information.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by hi77

hi77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false information during registration.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Instructions from authorities or legal obligations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your own account at any time through hi77 support. Any active bonus wagering will be cancelled before closure. You may apply to withdraw any remaining balance.

9. Limitation of Liability

hi77 is an entertainment platform. hi77 will not compensate for any financial loss arising from gaming or betting. hi77's direct liability for losses caused by technical outages, internet connectivity issues or failures of third-party services is limited.
